WireNews Acquires Mayside TV Assets

WireNews Limited has today announced that it acquired the assets of Mayside TV Limited, which is a subsidiary of Mayside Partners Limited.

There has been no effective change of ownership because both companies are owned by Mayside Partners Limited, but after the completion of the transaction, WireNews management will oversee the operation of Mayside TV rather than the company operating as an independent subsidiary of Mayside Partners.
