SpudsToGo Limited continues to strengthen its operational excellence through Mr. Spud’s University, the company’s dedicated in-house training centre, where discipline, consistency, and uncompromising standards are embedded into every level of the business.


Mr. Spud’s University is a core requirement for all Store Managers and Franchise Operators, ensuring that every individual responsible for running a SpudsToGo location is fully aligned with the brand’s expectations before taking control of a store.


All Store Managers operating within company-owned locations are required to complete a six-day residential training programme at the University. During this period, the company covers full salary, first-class accommodation, all meals, and travel expenses. The programme is designed to ensure that every manager operates with absolute consistency, precision, and accountability from day one.


Franchise Operators, including Master Franchise Operators, are required to complete a comprehensive thirty-day training programme prior to opening any store. While the training may be completed over a ninety-day period for flexibility, the full thirty days must be completed in its entirety before a store is permitted to commence operations.


Bill White, Director of SpudsToGo Limited, commented:

Franchise Operators are also encouraged to send their staff through the programme, further strengthening operational consistency across all locations and reinforcing the long-term integrity of the brand.
