On his August 25 visit to Moscow, Russia, Deputy Secretary of State Stephen E. Biegun met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, and Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov. During these meetings, they discussed the full range of bilateral and regional issues.
