Trained in the seraglio of the HAVAS Group, Jérôme Chapman, was in charge of the development of thematic magazines for the daily newspaper Nice-Matin. In 1989, he created the gastronomic guide Master-Guide associated with Golden Master-Guide, Restaurateur and Hotelier Awards, a yearly event for the great South-East of France. Also, since 1992, he has been presenting chronicles on gastronomy for several radios: Europe 2 – Nice (The Inkorruptibles of Gourmandise – Chronique Hebdomadaire – 1992-1995), Cannes Radio (Chronique Hebdomadaire – 1999-2004) and especially RTL (Weekly magazine of 60 minutes, Talk Show and Interview “Samedi Gourmand” – 1998-2004), from the studios in Toulon. In 2000, he launched the edition of magazine References Hôteliers-Restaurateurs International. In 2018, the European Hotel Awards were created to promote the european hotel industry.
