How the service works
1. Complete a free online consultation
Your answers provide our doctors with the information they need to safely suggest the right treatment for you.
2. Choose your preferred treatment
Our doctors will suggest suitable treatment options, including dosage and treatment duration. Select your medicine and complete your order using our secure payment system.
3. Prescription issued by a GMC registered doctor
Prescriptions are sent electronically to our UK partner pharmacy, regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Only genuine medicines licensed for use in the UK are dispensed.
4. Medicine delivered the next day
All orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched for UK next day delivery by Royal Mail - Special Delivery Guaranteed®. For orders within the M25, we offer a same-day delivery service.
No appointment is needed, simply complete an online medical questionnaire. Our UK-based GPs assess your suitability, prescribe medicines to treat your condition, or recommend tests, all delivered directly to you.
